About ADMR Federation of Hautes Pyrénées

The ADMR Federation of Hautes Pyrénées is a dedicated organization supporting 30 ADMR associations throughout the department. We provide essential services, including Home Support Services (SAAD), Home Nursing Care Services (SSIAD), micro-creches, and a creche.

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Helpers to join our SAAD team in the South Tarbes Sector.

Your Role: Empowering Individuals in Their Homes

As a Home Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals within their homes. Your primary responsibility is to assist with daily tasks and activities, ensuring their well-being and enabling them to maintain their independence.

  • Daily Living Assistance: Provide practical support with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, minor repairs, and clothing organization.
  • Safety and Well-being: Create a safe and comfortable living environment by assisting with space arrangement, implementing safety measures, and preventing domestic risks.
  • Social Engagement: Encourage social interaction and leisure activities by providing assistance with family documents, simple administrative procedures, and companionship.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with employers, team members, other home caregivers, and family members to ensure a coordinated and supportive care plan.

Your Profile: A Caring and Dedicated Individual

We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds with a genuine desire to make a positive impact. While prior experience is appreciated, it is not essential.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills are crucial for building strong relationships with clients.
