Renewable Energy Project Manager

Qair Group is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead the development of large-scale renewable energy projects in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop projects from pre-feasibility to construction, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Design economically viable projects, adhering to national and international regulations, and collaborating with local stakeholders.
- Obtain or supervise the obtaining of administrative authorizations, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Lead feasibility studies, including environmental impact assessments and technical sizing studies, relying on internal and external experts.
- Contribute to securing third-party financing, ensuring the proper conduct of audits, and finalizing financing contracts within the planned schedule.
- Manage and coordinate local partners or co-developers, fostering effective relationships.
- Initiate, organize, and lead work meetings, ensuring stakeholder consultation and information.
- Participate in technical, regulatory, and commercial prospective monitoring, building a network of contacts.
- Actively monitor and identify calls for tenders and project calls, responding to them as needed.
- Prepare and write responses, defending them to be selected, and organizing the company's positioning to enrich the project portfolio.
- Report on activity via periodic activity reports and tracking tools provided.
- Prepare project presentations and documentation for presentation to banks.
- Establish Project Forecast Budgets and Business Plans in conjunction with Group services.
- Contribute to the improvement of company projects and feedback.
- Engineering or Master's degree in Environment, Economics, or a related field, with significant experience in developing large-scale renewable energy projects abroad.
- Good interpersonal and writing skills, strong knowledge in renewable energies.
- Proficient with standard IT tools and planning software.
- Rigorous, methodical, enjoys teamwork but also capable of working with great autonomy.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential.
