Chief Operating Officer

As a key member of the SEE leadership team, the Managing Director will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with expertise in process improvement, data management, and global alignment. Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production adherence, service levels, inventory, and costs.
- Align global processes and data structures to support effective decision-making.
- Foster close collaboration with sales teams and customers to improve demand plan accuracy.
- Oversee business continuity planning and material master data management.
- Green or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, ERP (SAP), and data management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
