Chief Operating Officer

SEE is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global operations and drive business growth. As Managing Director, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production adherence, service levels, inventory, and costs. You will also align global processes and data structures, foster close collaboration with sales teams and customers, and oversee business continuity planning and material master data management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead the development and implementation of process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage and optimize global supply chain systems, including ERP (SAP) and data management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations
- Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, ERP (SAP), and data management
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt)
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
