Groupe Rossel, a leading name in the media landscape, is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Manager specializing in influencer marketing to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying business prospects, managing client accounts, and meeting set sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and cultivate new collaborations with brands.


• Oversee the complete sales process, from initial outreach to final agreement.


• Develop and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring top-notch service delivery.


• Gather client requirements and propose effective strategies for influencer marketing initiatives.


• Monitor sales performance, enhance offerings to existing clients, and build client loyalty.


• Meet the quarterly and annual sales goals established by the management team.


• Operate autonomously while working closely with the Groupe Rossel team.


• Foster trusting relationships with advertising agencies in Belgium.


• Collaborate with the Groupe Rossel network to leverage opportunities.

Required Qualifications


• Proven track record in sales, ideally within the influencer marketing domain.


• Proficiency in Dutch and English.


• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.


• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.


• Familiarity with the influencer landscape is a plus.


• Eagerness to stay updated on trends in influencer marketing.
