Job Overview
As a key member of the Market Compliance division, you will take on the role of a Compliance Officer focusing on regulatory reporting matters. Your daily responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Global Markets, Front-Office, and Front-Office IT Operations to enhance governance and refine the operational framework for regulatory reporting; Keeping abreast of legislative and regulatory changes and integrating these developments into various reporting frameworks; Evaluating new non-financial regulatory reporting requirements and interpreting modifications to ensure the effective execution of reporting systems; Overseeing daily transactional reporting processes, particularly concerning Mifid II, EMIR, and SFTR, while working closely with operations to monitor front-office activities. You will also contribute to Natixis' compliance initiatives by formulating policies and procedures for both new and ongoing business projects. This includes developing guidelines, creating training materials, supporting IT projects, and participating in audits and special assignments.
