EMMAÜS Solidarité, a non-profit organization founded in 1954 by Abbé Pierre, is dedicated to providing shelter, social support, and integration services to individuals experiencing homelessness and those in need. With over a hundred facilities across the Paris region and Loire-et-Cher, the association unconditionally welcomes, houses, or accommodates approximately 7,000 individuals daily.
The organization operates various initiatives, including outreach programs, day centers, emergency housing centers, and adapted housing structures. EMMAÜS Solidarité is part of a global movement consisting of 345 organizations worldwide.
Your Role: Apprentice Mission Coordinator at Direction de Territoire 5
As an apprentice within the Direction de Territoire 5 team, you will report to the Deputy Territorial Director and collaborate with a team of three. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Implementing legal requirements, ensuring compliance in centers, and actively involving residents in core projects.
- Supporting resident participation in various activities and structures.
- Developing strategic documents, monitoring tools, and assisting with the opening of new facilities.
- Assisting the Territorial Director in creating and executing support materials.
- Providing transversal support in daily tasks, project coordination, and outreach activities.
Work Conditions & Benefits
- 35 hours per week
- 6 weeks of paid leave annually
