Exodata is seeking a highly skilled IT Monitoring Consultant to join our team in La Réunion, France. As an IT Monitoring Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level monitoring services to our clients, ensuring the optimal performance and availability of their IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement monitoring solutions using Centreon, a leading IT monitoring platform.
- Analyze client needs and recommend tailored monitoring solutions.
- Configure and deploy monitoring tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Conduct performance and quality tests to ensure monitoring solutions meet client requirements.
- Provide training and support to clients on Centreon and other monitoring tools.
- Produce regular performance reports, including dashboards and cartographies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT monitoring, with expertise in Centreon User Edition and Centreon Business Edition.
- Strong technical skills in Linux, Nagios, Centreon Bascripting, and MySQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in French, with excellent written and spoken skills.
