Mission

Dans le cadre de l'expansion de notre unité d'affaires, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) en IA générative, spécialisé(e) dans les technologies d'intelligence artificielle générative, notamment les Modèles de Langage de Grande Taille (LLM), pour rejoindre notre équipe d'experts. En collaboration avec nos partenaires majeurs, vous serez responsable de la conception, du développement et du déploiement de solutions novatrices basées sur les dernières avancées en matière d'intelligence artificielle générative et de traitement du langage naturel.

Responsabilités

Vos missions incluront :

  • Concevoir, développer et intégrer des solutions d'IA générative pour résoudre des problématiques complexes liées au traitement du langage naturel, à la compréhension textuelle et à la génération de contenu.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de spécialistes en solutions, chefs de projet et spécialistes avant-vente pour cerner les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions sur mesure.
  • Exploiter les plateformes de nos partenaires (Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure Open AI, IBM WatsonX, etc.) pour tirer parti des technologies les plus avancées et optimiser les performances des modèles.
  • Assurer la maintenance et l'amélioration continue des modèles et des solutions mises en œuvre, en tenant compte des retours clients et des évolutions technologiques.
  • Participer au développement de projets internes et externes en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'unité d'affaires IA générative.
  • Contribuer à la veille technologique et partager les meilleures pratiques au sein de l'équipe.
Profil recherché

Vous êtes le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) si :

  • Vous détenez un diplôme en informatique, ingénierie, mathématiques, intelligence artificielle ou un domaine connexe (BAC + 5).
  • Vous avez une expérience significative dans le développement de solutions basées sur l'apprentissage automatique et le traitement du langage naturel (NLP, LLM).
  • Vous maîtrisez des langages de programmation tels que Python ou .NET.
  • Vous avez des connaissances des principales bibliothèques et frameworks de LLM (ex : Langchain).
  • Une expérience avec les plateformes de nos partenaires (GCP Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI Studio, IBM WatsonX, ...) serait fortement appréciée.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et de communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs non techniques.
  • Vous possédez des qualités telles que la curiosité, l'esprit d'initiative et un intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies.
  • Un niveau d'anglais courant est un atout.
