About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technico-Commercial Specialist to join our team at CFA IESA. As a Technico-Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, qualifying the client file, and organizing commercial meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Identification and Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential clients to expand our business network.
- Client Qualification: Qualify the client file to ensure a strong potential for business growth.
- Commercial Meetings: Organize and conduct commercial meetings to build relationships with clients.
- Client Fidelity and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Client Support and Consultation: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled in a BTS Négociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client program.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Personal Qualities: Curiosity, autonomy, and excellent relational skills.
