As a Technical Business Analyst in our diverse team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting new functionalities that address the intricate requirements of our clients while contributing to the overarching vision of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize established procedures and guidelines to provide insights that influence decision-making and recommend enhancements based on comprehensive analysis.
- Operate with a moderate level of oversight from management.
- Develop, maintain, and disseminate functional knowledge regarding our processes, services, and end-user products.
- Examine business requirements put forth by Product Management.
- Conduct sizing, specification, and validation tasks.
- Draft Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications, and lead functional presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various divisions to identify interdependencies with other Amadeus applications, ensuring functional coherence.
- Support the implementation of testing strategies and review test plans to guarantee compliance with functional specifications and system integrity.
- Ensure traceability of testing against specifications.
- Investigate, validate, and prioritize reported incidents to maintain production integrity.
- Engage with Product Management, Project Management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams.
- Interact with clients during the phases of requirements gathering, functional specification, testing, and implementation.
- Participate in team events and support stakeholders by engaging in team ceremonies, including Agile forums and solution assessments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses a logical and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with API technologies, particularly JSON REST.
- Knowledge of UML methodology is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholder types.
