Position Overview
The Procter & Gamble facility in Blois is a key production site for our shampoo brands, producing over 2 million bottles daily. Our site is equipped with advanced automation technology, making it a leader in the cosmetics industry. This internship offers a unique opportunity to tackle various challenges while gaining insights into our technologies and methodologies. Your aim will be to enhance your skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.
Key Responsibilities
Our production facility operates a comprehensive supply chain, from receiving raw materials to shipping finished products. As an intern in the logistics department, your primary goal will be to enhance and streamline logistics processes.
Your project will involve several key tasks:
- Establish a system for monitoring and analyzing shipping equipment performance:
- Investigate delays within the supply chain
- Create a system for tracking and consolidating equipment downtimes
- Simplify the analysis of losses in the shipping sector
- Collaborate on a report analyzing losses in the shipping area
- Communicate the supply chain impacts on production lines
- Develop communication strategies for supply chain flows (objectives, losses, action plans, training, reports, etc.) for various stakeholders:
- Implement maintenance cost monitoring using SAP software in conjunction with the maintenance planning manager
- Ensure compliance with P&G standards
- Suggest actions to streamline reporting and support the digitization of our supply chain
- Assist technical teams and update our loss elimination tools
- Document tasks and training requirements for roles in the shipping area:
- Catalog all tasks performed by technical teams
- Document and revise job descriptions

Candidate Profile
You Are the Right Fit If You Have:
- A Master’s degree, year 4/5 in an engineering school or university
- Availability for a minimum of 4 months, up to 6 months
- A background in processes, mechanics, industrial engineering, automation, or supply chain
- A strong interest in project management
- Initiative and leadership capabilities
- A collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level
