About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer Intern to join our team at Procter & Gamble in Blois, France. As a Process Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for optimizing processes on a production line, eliminating technical or organizational losses, and implementing continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize processes on a production line to improve efficiency and reduce losses
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement action plans to address identified issues
- Coach operators to increase their capability and improve process performance

Requirements
- Master's or Engineering School level (Bac+4/5)
- Field: processes, mechanics, industrial engineering, automation, logistics
- Ability to take the initiative and work independently
- Collaborative spirit and a taste for the field
- Good level of English
