We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cosmetic Efficacy and Claim Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of our natural cosmetic active ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement testing strategies to support the claims of our natural cosmetic and fragrance ingredients.
- Select and manage partners, design efficacy test protocols, and lead efficacy studies.
- Drive, prioritize, and manage projects, stakeholders, costs, and time to achieve goals.
- Analyze data, create reports, and make claim recommendations.
- Make presentations to internal teams, customers, and in scientific congresses.
- Participate in the development and implementation of communication materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Work closely with team members to drive IP strategy and participate in international multi-functional teams and networks.
- MSc in Biology or Pharmacist - PhD in Biology.
- 15+ years of experience in cosmetic ingredients evaluation and claim substantiation.
- Strong knowledge of natural active ingredients and their cosmetics uses.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and drive cross-functional projects.
- Ability to work in full autonomy and collaborate effectively in a positive attitude.
- Strong innovation and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
