As a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing risk management frameworks related to climate change and sustainability risks across the AXA Group and its entities. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, governing, and reporting on the Group's Risk Appetite, ensuring its alignment with climate and sustainability risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the risk management framework related to climate change and sustainability risks, coordinating with Group and local correspondents, deploying tools, scenarios analysis, and key messages, and coordinating climate regulatory stress tests exercises.
- Produce the Climate section of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report, coordinating with Group stakeholders, providing instructions/guidelines for the entities, and ensuring timely submission.
- Define and ensure consistent implementation of the Risk Appetite Framework, coordinating annual updates to be submitted to the ARCC and Finance & Risk Committee of the Board, collaborating with Group and entities' stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Produce the Group Risk Appetite quarterly dashboard, coordinating with Group correspondents, notifying Group Risk Appetite breaches to the Group governance bodies, following up on remediation plans related to Risk Appetite breaches, and ensuring timely reporting.
Strong experience in insurance business, finance, legal, and compliance matters, excellent communication skills in English, strong leadership and ability to foster solutions in complex situations, adaptation skills to collaborate with various teams and seniority levels, leader of various experts' working groups, participation in decision-making bodies and committees, including the STEC Working Group and SII committee, and address ongoing regulatory developments related to climate and sustainability risks.
