Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their internet and IP services are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer calls and provide Level 1 support for internet and IP services
- Monitor and manage alarms for infrastructure in Cogent's data centers
- Control access to Cogent sites
- Manage maintenance from our suppliers and others
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English is required
- Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- A competitive base salary of €40K - €42K annually
