Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to take on the role of Naval Electrical Business Manager - Sail Propulsion. This position entails overseeing initiatives aimed at reducing carbon emissions in maritime transport through innovative sail propulsion technologies for advanced vessels. Key responsibilities include managing business projects valued between 500k€ and 1.5M€, fostering client relationships, and ensuring that both technical and organizational standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries and deliver technical insights.
- Supervise project execution to guarantee adherence to quality, budget, and timeline specifications.
- Lead and enhance team capabilities.
- Engage in strategic commercial planning.
- Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
If you possess a degree in Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing industrial projects, you may be an ideal candidate for this role. Essential skills include strong leadership, effective communication, and sound decision-making, along with a customer-focused mindset and commercial insight. This role will require regular travel to various project locations.
