Laboratoires Servier Industrie is in search of a new Head of Manufacturing Department for their pharmaceutical production facility.
In the role of Head of Manufacturing, you will oversee a workforce of approximately 150 individuals across two distinct production units. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Executing the strategic objectives of the Production Department within your area
- Coordinating and organizing production operations in partnership with other departments at the site
- Leading and nurturing a team of around 100 staff members, including 10 managerial positions
- Fostering team unity and accountability through an engaged leadership style
- Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives and performance oversight
- Collaborating with support functions such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance
