About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled intern to join our Wireless Communication Systems team at Mitsubishi Electric R&D Centre Europe - France. As a distributed collaboration research intern, you will be working on the development of a simulation platform for drone formations using 5G-V2V technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and validate the simulation platform for various test scenarios
- Integrate 5G-V2V radio transmissions between drones using a 5G-V2V system level simulator developed by MERCE in Matlab and/or the 5G-Lena C++ simulator
- Design a platform enabling the deployment of drones that use 5G-V2V to implement applications such as distributed trajectory planning, autonomous driving, etc.
Requirements
- Strong development skills in C/C++, Python, and Matlab
- Good skills in English (read and written)
