About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Heysham 1 Power Station. As a critical member of our on-site team, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including producing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Manage filing systems and input data onto spreadsheets and databases.
  • Complete SQEP checks to ensure safety on site.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a busy administrative environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage time well.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high degree of efficiency.
