Your Responsibilities
The Principal Solution Advisory role is pivotal within our Go To Market Organization for the NEMEA region. You will collaborate with our account teams to secure our most critical prospects. In this capacity, you will engage with both Prospects and Existing Customers, illustrating the vision and business advantages that the Jedox Platform can deliver across their entire organization. You will formulate the xP&A transformation roadmap with them to optimize the Business Outcomes achievable through Jedox.In this specific position, your responsibilities will include:
Generating New Business: Collaborate on Deal Strategy alongside the Account Executive (AE) and Solution Advisory (SoA), Develop an xP&A Vision and Business Case (“Value Maps”) to reveal the business impact of the Jedox Platform, Accelerate Up-/Cross-Sell by transferring the Account Plan to Post-sales Teams. Enhancing Existing Business: Assist in formulating an Account Strategy with AE, Customer Success Manager (CSM), and SoA, Develop and refine the xP&A Vision and Business Cases (“Value Maps”) for current customers, Aid in the creation of (internal) Customer Success Stories. Supporting Both Existing and New Ventures: Assist Demo Engineers in defining Best Practice Demo Flows and the corresponding Enablement Material. Contributing to Pipeline Development as a Thought Leader: Create and refine Marketing Content and Messaging, Present at Conferences and Customer Events. This position can be fulfilled remotely or in a hybrid format.
Your Profile
The role necessitates a highly advanced skill set that integrates Functional, Technical, Industry, and Sales Expertise:Extensive experience and a proven track record in customer-facing roles. Familiarity with EPM processes (Integrated Financial & Integrated Business Planning, xP&A). Experience engaging with Executive Level Management, particularly within the Office of Finance. A functional understanding of integrated financial planning and reporting processes, along with modern enterprise planning software architecture. A customer-oriented team player who motivates stakeholders both internally and externally. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. An entrepreneurial mindset. Proficiency in English and French is essential. Experience in Business Value Engineering.
