Company Overview

Currently in a pivotal development phase, PredictCan Biotechnologies has launched its flagship product, GenuineSelect-TOX. This cutting-edge human-derived multicellular spheroid system excels in detecting and analyzing DILI, outperforming traditional preclinical models, including organoids and primary human hepatocytes. We are actively engaged in service activities as we expand our market presence.

Our diverse team comprises experts from various backgrounds, united by a shared passion for advancing precision medicine.

Key Responsibilities

What We Offer

We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead our national and international growth initiatives by promoting and selling our innovative product and associated services.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining a vibrant customer community in collaboration with our Scientific Directors.

Your Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting thorough market segmentation and analysis
  • Leading, strategizing, and executing the company's sales initiatives
  • Coordinating promotional campaigns for GenuineSelect-TOX (product and service)
  • Designing, implementing, and continuously refining our sales processes
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers
  • Managing budgets and delivering accurate sales forecasts
  • Contributing to the growth of the PredictCan Biotechnologies community through content generation and experience sharing
  • Collaborating closely with the R&D team to relay market insights and customer feedback
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and promote our offerings.
Candidate Profile

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the preclinical market
  • Expertise in human 3D preclinical models (culture and testing)
  • A robust portfolio of clients engaged in drug discovery
  • Experience in managing complex, long-term agreements with pharmaceutical and biotech companies
  • Proven track record of launching new preclinical products and services
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Dynamic, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation
  • Customer-centric approach
  • A readiness to embrace responsibilities and challenges
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in French is also desirable.
