About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team as a Barista Team Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of coffee and customer experience in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement coffee recipes in our research and development laboratory
- Validate product ranges and coffee machines
- Perform machine maintenance and repairs
- Train and monitor staff on all production stages and processes
- Train staff on coffee recipes and machine usage
- Conduct quality control checks on products and lead sensory analysis
- Provide guidance on optimal store layout and workflow
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Conduct store visits and provide action plans
- Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure store operations run smoothly
- Collaborate with store managers and franchise partners on store performance
- Motivate and engage staff through training and coaching
- Lead training sessions and promote company image and products
- Support store openings in France and internationally
- Foster a team-oriented culture
Requirements
- Hold a Barista diploma and have significant professional experience
- Be recognized for your ability to animate, train, and counsel staff
- Have strong pedagogical skills and excellent verbal communication
- Be able to listen and provide guidance
