Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the development team's capacity for handling multiple projects
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a previous role
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on product-related decisions
  • Experience managing a distributed team
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn
  • Experience with Kanban and/or Agile methodologies
