Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in the photovoltaic sector. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our valued clients within the GRAND EST region, encompassing Alsace, Lorraine, and BFC areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with photovoltaic customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional support.
  • Provide expert guidance on our range of solar energy products and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer inquiries promptly.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in the photovoltaic sector to provide valuable insights to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the renewable energy or electrical distribution industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Technical understanding of photovoltaic systems and related products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
