We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Host/Hostess. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting customers, ensuring a positive first impression
- Managing the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Providing information and assistance to customers, responding to their queries and concerns
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
