Commercial Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Representative to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and promoting our pharmaceutical products to pharmacies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and sell our pharmaceutical products to pharmacists and their teams.
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and customer service.
- Provide expert advice to pharmacists on product sales, stock management, and merchandising.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners.
- Identify and prioritize sales targets, optimizing your sales itinerary.
- Organize, track, and record your sales activity in our CRM system.
- Develop a sector-specific action plan aligned with national objectives.
- Analyze sales results against targets, implementing corrective or development actions as needed.
- Propose improvements or create marketing tools.
- Collect, analyze, and share information with relevant services, including pharmacovigilance.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A higher education degree in commerce (BTS, ESC minimum).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
- Excellent commercial skills and a strong desire for challenge.
- Perfect mastery of sales techniques and customer relations.
- Rigorous and reactive, with a strong sense of customer service.
