About the RoleThe IDS (Information and Digital Services) department provides global digital services and solutions to Technip Energies' employees and external partners. In the context of managing the energy transition, the Real Estate and Equipment department is rapidly developing its digital services to manage the Group's buildings as closely as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of the project portfolio - governance, reporting, documentation (monitoring of governance cycles, participation in reporting, preparation of dashboards).
- Support for business commitment and application production (training relays, open bars, user support).
- Data management (support for parameterization data preparation, business coordination on data collection, data quality checks).
- Management of schedules, interdependencies, and resource conflicts.
- IT support for users of specific applications (ticket processing, escalations, diagnostic assistance).
- You are preparing a diploma at BAC +3 level or higher in a Business School or equivalent with a major in Data Science/Project Management/Change Management.
- You are fluent in English, have a good command of the Pack Office, and a sound knowledge of Data Management.
- With a strong team spirit and a performance & results orientation, you are autonomous, structured, and organized.
- Communicative and reactive, you are proactive and have a good ability to summarize.
