Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Works Manager (M/F) for a permanent position within our Provence agency.
In this role, you will report directly to the Agency Director and work closely with the Sector Manager or Works Director. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing contractual obligations and management of contracts
- Preparing and coordinating site activities with various stakeholders
You will also be accountable for budget establishment, management, and enforcement. Your role includes monitoring work progress and coordinating the efforts of in-house production teams.
As a Senior Civil Engineering Works Manager, you will represent Razel-Bec to clients and external organizations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess a higher education background in engineering or construction management, with a minimum of eight years of proven experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
You should be proficient in managing contractual, technical, and financial aspects of projects, including subcontractor agreements.
Your strong team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and organizational capabilities will be essential for success in this role.
