Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our offshore projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in EPCI projects and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver offshore projects in accordance with project objectives, ensuring safety, margin, schedule, quality, and contract compliance.
- Develop and implement HSE management systems, regularly reviewing and updating them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Represent BOURBON Subsea in front of clients, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
- Lead the project team, ensuring projects are performed to client satisfaction and Bourbon Subsea standards.
- Define project execution plans and strategies, monitoring progress and forecasting outcomes.
- Control and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Ensure project reporting to management, including finance, operation, quality, and HSE.
- Tender Phase: Act as Bid Manager, developing reliable and competitive technical and economic proposals.
