Financial Controller

Within Natixis' Financial Permanent Control (FPC) team, we are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our Accounting and Tax team. As a 2nd level financial controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistency and reliability of financial information, with a focus on data quality control and BCBS requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct tests and controls on various themes provided for in the audit plan, collecting and keeping audit documentation in internal files;
- Evaluate best practices and make relevant suggestions;
- Meet with key stakeholders to validate findings and monitor corrective actions;
- Prepare structured and summary reports for management;
- Develop data analysis to participate in the transformation of the financial controller business by proposing the optimization and implementation of new permanent controls.

Requirements:- A higher education in accounting or finance;
- At least 4 years of experience in control professions (audit or internal control related to finance);
- Familiarity with IFRS and financial instruments;
- Excellent relationship and communication skills;
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a changing environment;
- Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Master of English with a B2-C1 level.
