We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at {company}. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on the use of our products and services.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
Providing training and documentation to customers on the use of our products and services
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in a technical support role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
