Aufgaben und Verantwortung

Als Head of ECM 2 sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Führung des Bereichs ECM 2. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Aufbau und Entwicklung des Bereichs ECM 2
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Innovationen im Bereich Instandhaltung
  • Erstellung von Roadmaps für Innovation und Umsetzung
  • Proaktive Teilnahme am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess des CMMS-Systems
  • Regelmäßiges Hinterfragen der existierenden Organisation/Prozesse
  • Anpassungen vornehmen, die die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, die Effizienz und die Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter steigern
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes der zugewiesenen Mitarbeiter
  • Eigenverantwortliches Aufstellen und Verwalten des zur Erfüllung der genannten Aufgaben erforderlichen Jahresbudgets
  • Personalführung und Kompetenzmanagement
  • Erstellung von unternehmensweiter Instandhaltungsdokumentation
  • Hinterfragung existierender Lösungen, um ggf. effektivere Lösungen umzusetzen (bei Beibehaltung der Sicherheits-Standards)
  • Optimierung von Instandhaltungsanweisungen in Zusammenarbeit mit ECM 4
  • Management von technischen Fragestellungen (betreffend: Instandhaltungsinhalte und -Prozess, Infrastruktur und IT-Systeme, Lokomotiven etc.), welche nicht auf der Ebene ECM 3 & 4 gelöst werden können
  • Regelmäßige Prüfung von existierenden und neuen europäischen Normen und Standards hinsichtlich Auswirkungen auf die Instandhaltung und dokumentierte Umsetzung notwendiger Änderungen
  • Umsetzung der aus diversen Audits (z.B. ECM, QM) folgenden und in den Verantwortungsbereich des Bereiches ECM 2 fallenden Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Angebotserstellung neuer Anfragen hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit und Sicherheitsaspekten der Instandhaltungs-Lösung
  • Strukturierte und dokumentierte interne Kommunikation mit den Bereichen ECM 1, ECM 3 und ECM 4
Voraussetzungen

Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen Sie:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder (Industrie-) Meister
  • Kenntnisse des europäischen Eisenbahnsektors
  • Sicherheitsrichtlinie und Interoperabilitätsrichtlinie
  • CSM gemäß Artikel 6 der Eisenbahnsicherheitsrichtlinie
  • Technische Spezifikationen für die Interoperabilität gemäß der Interoperabilitätsrichtlinie
  • Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in Bezug auf die Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2019/779, einschließlich der Zertifizierung von Stellen, die für die Instandhaltung und/oder separate Instandhaltungsfunktionen zuständig sind
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Entwicklung von Instandhaltungsplänen für Lokomotiven
  • Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in Bezug auf die Instandhaltung
  • Instandhaltung von Schienenfahrzeugen in Instandhaltungsentwicklung oder Flotteninstandhaltungsmanagement oder Instandhaltungserbringung
  • Entwurf und Herstellung von Schienenfahrzeugen
  • Bewertung von Instandhaltungssystemen, Personal oder Prozessen in anderen Sektoren wie z.B. Automobil, Zivilluftfahrt, Energie, Gebäudetechnik oder Industriemechanik
  • Bewertung oder Management von Schweißaktivitäten und zerstörungsfreien Prüfungen
  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen in ähnlichen Verantwortungsbereichen sowie im Projektmanagement
  • Gutes Netzwerk im Eisenbahnsektor
  • Change-Management-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Unternehmenstransformation
  • Erfahrung im Risikomanagement und der Anwendung der CSM-VO
  • Vorwärtsorientierte Führungskraft, um positiv und motivierend ein Team von Spezialisten und Spezialistinnen zu führen
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Analytische Denkweise, Problemlösungskompetenz und Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in klare Handlungsempfehlungen umzuwandeln
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Hohes Organisationstalent, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherheitsbewusste, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck präzise zu arbeiten
  • Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C2)
