**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Biochem - Feed Safety for Food Safety®. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our sales team in France and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market development strategies to drive sales growth in France.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the French team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the feed industry.
- Develop and manage a customer portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships.
- Travel regularly to meet with customers and stakeholders, representing Biochem - Feed Safety for Food Safety® and promoting our products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the feed industry, with a strong understanding of animal nutrition and animal health.
- Commercial mindset and strong network with feed mills and premix companies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- High level of teamwork, organizational skills, and initiative, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility, open-mindedness, and a willingness to take on new challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
