About the Role:
Sagemcom is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Business Line Energie team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing of products and services for our business line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Animate a panel of suppliers (families: modules RF, cards SIM, EMS/ODM - 50M$) at the international level.
- Establish necessary actions to achieve the objectives set by the Management (negotiation, sourcing, technical productivity, etc.).
- Manage purchasing actions and cost reduction plans in collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams for a range of meters.
- Ensure the follow-up and reporting of product costs to the Management of your Business Line.
- Contribute to responses to our clients' tender calls.
- Identify market innovations that can improve the competitiveness and quality of products under your responsibility.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Group's Panel Strategy.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Engineering or Business School, ideally complemented by a Master's degree in Purchasing.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Purchaser in an industrial sector.
- Be proactive, rigorous, and have strong collaboration and adaptability skills.
- Have good English language skills.
