As a key member of our team at X-FAB France SAS, you will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and maintaining manufacturing processes and measures that guarantee the functionality and quality of our products. Your expertise will ensure the industrial performance of associated operations and guarantee product specifications at every stage.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and measures to ensure product quality and functionality
- Qualify and optimize processes to meet industrial performance standards
- Provide training to technicians, new arrivals, and production agents on processes and measures under your responsibility
- Collaborate with international colleagues and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
- Apply scientific and technological expertise to drive process improvements and innovation
- Engineering degree (Master's or Doctorate) from a reputable institution
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience with FMEA, 6S, Hishikawa, and CMMS data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
