Operational Risk Management SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring operational risks across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of concern within various business processes and operations.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the likelihood and impact of operational losses.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and conduct regular reviews to track the effectiveness of existing controls and identify emerging risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on operational risk exposures, mitigation strategies, and key performance indicators.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a risk management role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of operational risk principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
