Account Manager - Amazon Marketplace

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join its Marketplace team in France. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and working with companies to help them succeed in their digital development on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with partner sellers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.
  • Train partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy.
  • Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.
  • Strategically manage a portfolio of partner sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth in France and Europe.
  • Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize partner seller potential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education).
  • Excellent level of French and English.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity.
  • One or more successful commercial experiences in managing customer accounts.
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting.
