Subcontracts Manager – E39 Norway – Contract Specialist

Eiffage Génie Civil is seeking a highly skilled Subcontracts Manager to join our team in Kristiansand, Norway. As a key member of our design-build team, you will be responsible for leading all contract matters related to subcontracts, including negotiation, claim, variation orders, and time extensions.
Key Responsibilities- Review and initiate contracts for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with site requirements and main contract, as well as EGC policies.
- Lead claim issues with subcontractors, including Extension of Time, Request for Proposal, and Variation Orders.
- Review and initiate correspondence with subcontractors, adhering to timing and forms requirements.
- Ensure contractual support for the EGC Technical and Production Teams.
- Ensure adherence to Norwegian Standards (NS 8401, 8402, 8415, etc.).
- Administer subcontracts properly, ensuring timely submission of deliverables, such as bonds, insurance, security, etc.
- Assist departments with contractual analysis and support the Main Contract Manager in preparing claims or VOR.
- Ensure complete financial contractual follow-up, including contract amount, VOR, VO, client claim associated, etc.
- Engineering discipline degree.
- Experience in Contract Management of large civil engineering projects.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Norwegian language skills are a plus.

We offer a full-time permanent position based in Kristiansand, Norway, under a local contract. Remuneration will be according to profile, and various bonuses are available, including a 13th month and holiday bonus.
