McCain Foods is seeking a dedicated Senior Brand Media Manager to join our Media & Digital team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with crafting and executing comprehensive media strategies for all McCain CE initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with various Brand and Channel teams, as well as leading the formulation and evaluation of paid media strategies across both B2C and B2B platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with channel teams to develop effective media planning and execution
- Overseeing the selection and management of media, digital, and social media agencies
- Evaluating return on investment (ROI) and recommending strategies for enhancement
- Shaping the future direction of media strategies and methodologies
- Engaging in continuous learning with marketing activation teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG Marketing & Media/Digital roles
- Proven expertise in digital media and marketing
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organizational structure
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or German is advantageous
- Collaborative team player with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
