SNCF RESEAU's EIV MOULIN NEUF division specializes in providing essential railway equipment for the upkeep, modernization, or establishment of fixed rail infrastructures for both the national rail network and international clientele.

As the Center of Excellence for Switches, EIV MOULIN NEUF plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient train direction changes, whether automatic or manual.

Our two dedicated production facilities focus exclusively on switch manufacturing:

  • Chambly Site, Hauts de France, Oise
  • Chamiers Site, New Aquitaine, Dordogne

Within the SNCF Network Supply Chain, our switch coordination team offers a variety of services tailored to the needs of the national rail network and external clients involved in railway construction projects.

Role Overview

The Sales Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing customer orders, ensuring they are processed within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage customer orders, including extraction, unblocking, and rescheduling.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of performance indicators and take proactive measures.
  • Identify orders eligible for direct delivery and maintain comprehensive oversight.
  • Analyze low turnover symbols to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Investigate upstream stock levels to optimize inventory management.
  • Collaborate with material counters to streamline and resolve outdated customer requests.

  • Demonstrates rigor and autonomy in work processes.
  • Possesses strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities.
  • Exhibits basic proficiency in computer skills.
