SNCF Réseau's EIV Moulin Neuf is a leading provider of railway equipment for the maintenance, renewal, and creation of fixed rail installations across the national network and beyond. As the Center of Excellence for Switches within SNCF Réseau, we specialize in producing high-quality switches that enable trains to change direction seamlessly.
Our two production sites, located in Chambly (Hauts de France) and Chamiers (New Aquitaine), are dedicated to delivering exceptional switch solutions. Within our Supply Chain network, the Switch Coordination Group provides comprehensive services to both national rail networks and international clients involved in railway construction projects.
Your Role: Sales Order Management Specialist
- Order Processing & Monitoring: You will be responsible for overseeing customer orders, ensuring timely extraction, unblocking, and rescheduling as needed.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Actively contribute to the relevance of performance indicators by identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.
- Direct Delivery Management: Identify orders suitable for direct delivery and oversee their end-to-end process, ensuring smooth execution.
- Inventory Analysis & Stock Management: Analyze symbols with low turnover rates and actively search for upstream stocks to optimize inventory levels.
- Collaboration & Data Integrity: Work closely with material counters to ensure the accuracy of customer requests and maintain a clean database.

- Have a solid understanding of basic computer applications.
