Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at MIGSO-PCUBED. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Create and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and issues.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and Power BI.
