As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and department managers at Beamy.
We face numerous recruitment challenges across various sectors (from business to engineering), and as a business team, we need to implement both inbound and outbound strategies for recruitment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
60% Talent Recruitment, to strengthen the team and help Beamy achieve its goals and aspirations.
- Focus on inbound strategies: craft detailed and appealing job postings and assess applications.
- Implement outbound strategies: master effective sourcing techniques to pinpoint qualified candidates and develop innovative and impactful engagement campaigns (MVP, sequencing, impact assessment).
40% People Strategy, to nurture Beamers.
- Organize events to foster connections and enhance team cohesion.
- Serve as a liaison to improve the daily operations of the teams.
- Fluent in French.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Growth, or Recruitment.
- Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and challenges: open to feedback and eager to improve continuously.
