Your Role:
As a Crop Protection Molecular Innovator, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting research within a vibrant global network that integrates agro and pharmaceutical sciences, utilizing both computational and experimental methods. Designing and proposing novel molecules with fungicidal properties and significant agricultural potential, employing digital technologies alongside chemical methodologies. Utilizing advanced digital tools such as Deep Learning and Machine Learning, as well as cheminformatics and molecular modeling, to create and refine innovative active ingredients for crop protection. Contributing to the assessment and enhancement of innovative molecular classes, aiming to exceed current sustainability and performance benchmarks. Collaborating with a diverse team of chemists and other scientific experts within a global R&D framework. Fostering personal and team development through ongoing learning and constructive feedback. Upholding rigorous safety standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including risk assessment and management.Your Qualifications:
A PhD or equivalent in Organic Chemistry or a related field. Proven experience in applying contemporary Data Science techniques (such as Structure-based design, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning) to various facets of chemical research. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid understanding of intercultural dynamics. A proactive learner with problem-solving abilities, capable of managing complex tasks and inspiring colleagues with a strong sense of responsibility. A genuine enthusiasm for working in multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in English is essential; basic knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.Why Consider This Opportunity:
