Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Media Project Coordinator to join our International Media team at Cartier. As a Media Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning and coordination of media activities across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of media guidelines by gaining a deep understanding of Cartier's collections and campaigns.
  • Ensure that markets receive the necessary creative assets to execute impactful activations.
  • Assess and synthesize campaign results to share learnings with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the role of creative coordination, serving as the main point of contact for Cartier's creative communication teams and external creative agencies.
  • Prepare dedicated briefs for assets and texts to HQ creative teams, ensuring alignment with media objectives, marketing, and market needs.
  • Closely monitor asset delivery to ensure a smooth launch of campaigns and inform markets to support their campaign setup.
  • Develop strong relationships and exchanges with stakeholders to drive collaboration and success.
  • Build a regular benchmark of luxury and tech activations to enrich creative briefs.

Requirements

  • You are in the final year of business or communication school or on a gap year.
  • You are autonomous, curious, meticulous, open-minded, and possess good analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • You are dynamic and responsive, have a team spirit, and want to discover the world of Jewellery & Watches.
  • You have written and spoken fluency in both English and French languages.
  • You are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
