International Media Coordinator Assistant

Shiseido, a leading global cosmetics company, is seeking an International Media Coordinator Assistant to join its EMEA team. As a key member of the media team, you will be responsible for assisting the media coordinator in daily tasks, analyzing and challenging media plans, and consolidating media activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist media coordinators in daily tasks, including analyzing and challenging media plans, and consolidating media activities.
- Coordinate digital media activities for the EMEA region, including relations with media agencies and markets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify media opportunities for Shiseido brands.
- Consolidate best cases and best practices from Shiseido's global media team to share with other markets.
- Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Master's degree in Communication, Digital, or Marketing.
- First experience in international coordination or media agency/ advertising agency would be an asset.
- Knowledge or interest in the beauty, fashion, and luxury sectors.
- Fluent English.
- Dynamic and team-oriented.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented.
- Able to listen and adapt to new media trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
