Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead
Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team in Ch'alons. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer's wind farms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure the commissioning and respect of all correct procedures, Vestas policies, and QSE requirements.
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring quality control of work performed.
- Monitor performance and costs of the maintenance center, proposing local solutions to reduce costs.
- Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, training programs, onboarding, safety meetings, and annual performance reviews.
- Deliver accurate reporting, including supporting documentation.
Requirements:
- Technical Engineer graduate or experienced technician with management skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in Industrial maintenance or electricity, services, or other type of maintenance.
- High level of English (B1 at European level).
