Job Overview

The Marketing Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the enhancement of Dailymotion's digital advertising offerings across various markets, with a particular focus on France. This position will serve as a key liaison among multiple departments, collaborating closely with the sales team, Ad Operations, creative studio, content division, and product teams.

In alignment with the marketing and sales teams, the Marketing Sales Coordinator will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Creation and Enhancement of Sales Tools:
- Development of generic and industry-specific sales presentations
- Preparation of product data sheets related to offerings and inventory
- Compilation of audience profiles (marketing personas)
- Establishment of performance tracking dashboards

Designing Market-Driven Commercial Offers: Crafting promotional packages to invigorate the market, including event-driven offers, performance incentives, and sector-specific proposals.

Conducting Market Research: Staying informed about the AdTech landscape, media market trends, and challenges faced by our advertisers' sectors.

Data Analysis: Evaluating data on platform audience, video engagement, and editorial network to refine and strengthen the commercial proposition: showcasing the strength of the Dailymotion audience, formulating targeting strategies, and assessing performance metrics using tools such as Kantar TGI, Comscore, Médiamétrie, and internal resources.

The role of Marketing Sales Coordinator is subject to evolution based on team needs and growth.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced education (Bac+4/5) in Business, Engineering, or a University degree with a focus on Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing within a media agency, advertising sales organization, or client-side is preferred.
- A strong passion for the Internet and/or media industry and its key players is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of contacts.
- Attributes such as integrity, dedication, responsiveness, curiosity, excellent writing capabilities, and a strong numerical aptitude are crucial.
- Skills in multimedia production would be advantageous.
