Your Role:We are seeking a Junior Procurement Specialist in apprenticeship to become a vital part of our enthusiastic and dedicated team.
Working under the guidance of the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the supply of necessary volumes at optimal quality-price ratios and managing supplier relationships to resolve any potential issues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing purchasing data from the order management system and invoice processing
- Managing purchasing databases to ensure site needs are adequately met and purchasing conditions are fulfilled
- Conducting data analysis and synthesis
- Assisting in the preparation of tenders
- Supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives
- Evaluating supplier performance
- Conducting technical and legal monitoring

Profile soughtIdeal Profile:
- You are currently pursuing a degree at Bac + 2 or Bac + 3 level in procurement
- You are familiar with software tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Esker
- You exhibit motivation, organization, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor
- You possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills
